About Dan:
I desire to love the Lord Jesus Christ more. I have a BS in Zoology with honors, and a MBA from the University of Texas, Business Honor Society. In addition, I have a CPA and a CFA, and a Post-Graduate certificate in producing from The American Film Institute. I am loyal, somewhat serious, but at the same time like to joke around. I enjoy being with intelligent people, and learning and experiencing other cultures. In the past, I felt a call to China, and was associate producer on a 20 episode TV series broadcast in Beijing. Now, I volunteer in the media department at large Baptist Church to either run or direct camera. Lord willing, I will continue to participate in using media for ministry. In addition to volunteering at Church, I am currently on the Advisory Board of Mars Hill Productions, a non-profit organization, which creates Christian films and video. I am dedicated to family, and spent the past six years caring for my mother, until she went home to be with the Lord.
Hobbies:
I usually swim 3,000 yards, several times a week to stay in shape, and like to bike on weekends in a park. I like to attend movies and keep up with politics. I am a dedicated Texas Longhorn football fan, and enjoy videography.
Looking for:
